The 5th Annual Extraordinary Events and Wedding Showcase, formerly known as The Big Day Special Event and Bridal Show, is August 12th at the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center. This event planning expo will showcase the amazing talents, services and products of the companies that assist all those that plan events!
The event features suppliers and planners for Banquets, Galas, Graduations, Holiday Parties, Proms, Quinceaneras, Trade Shows, Reunions, Birthday Parties, Baby and Bridal Showers, and Weddings.
Plan an event your guests will be talking about for years. Interview photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, bakeries, event sites, event planners, and more.
Want to do it yourself? The Extraordinary Events and Wedding Showcase will feature DIY Demonstrations, including Floral arrangements from The Floral Palette, Embellished Details and Fifty Flowers.
Stubborn Mule Rustic Designs will present options utilizing as well as Wood flower arrangements.
The VIP TIckets are SOLD OUT - if you have on get to the Expo Center by 11:00 am to get the most of your experience.

BE A VIP AT THE BIG DAY BRIDAL SHOW!
The Big Day Bridal Show VIP Ticket provides so much. Check out all that you get with your VIP Ticket: Entry an hour early (General Public enters at 12pm - VIPs enter the VIP Area at 11am) Swag Bag from Mens Warehouse, Private preview of wedding apparel from Ava Laurenne, Lite refreshments / appetizers from the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center, Chocolate Fountain treats from Capital Fountains, Cake Ideas and Samples from Sweet Carolina Cakes Studio, Ball Room Dancing Demonstrations and lessons from Strictly Ballroom Dance Studio along with Early access to the Big Day Bridal Show floor at 11:45am. All VIP Brides will be eligible to win a VIP only prize drawing. If that's not enough up to 6 VIP Brides to be will be picked out to participate in the VIP Cake Dive, the winner who finds the ring inside the cake from Sweet Carolina Cakes Studio will receive a $600 gift card from Bridal Registry that can be used to buy your wedding bands or go towards a 3 night vacation. Entertainment for The VIP Event will be provided by the Areas #1 DJ and Entertainment specialist, Bill Carroll.

and 12:00 PM for General Admission.
